STEM & Digital Literacy

The importance of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) is becoming of widespread importance. As an all-girls’ school, we are conscious of the gap that exists when it comes to women in STEM occupations. A lot of importance is given to provide our students with quality STEM education not only by ensuring quality lessons but also by investing in various resources, including human resources to give our students the best experiences and broaden their future opportunities.

The College gives great importance to science, technology, engineering and mathematics and this is also reflected in Junior School practice and thought.  The school has invested significantly in human resources and classroom resources to ensure that our students receive a sound preparation in these areas through a qualitative, STEM-inspired approach to teaching and learning that optimally prepares the learners for Senior school and generally speaking, for life in society at large.
